Allee Design is a full service Architecture + Design firm licensed in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. The firm was founded on the principals of doing good work that is environmentally sensitive as well as being appropriate for the site, users and overall program.

Since its inception in 2002 Allee Design has grown from a sole practitioner to having 6 full and part-time employees. We have completed over 20 residential and commercial projects in that time and continue to have a strong portfolio of work. Allee Design prides itself on a holistic approach to the practice of architecture. Whether it is pre-design or a punch list; Allee Design has the skill and knowledge to provide the best service possible.

Principal Profile
John C. Allee, AIA

John has a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Texas and extensive experience on mid-sized institutional projects.

While working at Tod Williams Billie Tsein Architects, John was involved in the Cranbrook School Natatorium (Michigan) and the Folk Art Museum (New York). At Polshek Partnership he primarily worked on the expansion and renovation of the New York Hall of Science as well as the master plan for the Bronx Botanical Gardens. With Centerbrook Architects, John worked on the Trinity Pawling School Art Center in Pawling, New York.
